Ordering Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for any amount can be purchased by calling 1-866-2-ROCK-IT (1-866-276-2548). Gift certificates with a gift card will be sent to the recipient of your choice free of charge.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
There are 3 methods of ordering with a gift certificate:
1. To order using a gift certificate by phone – Please call us with your order and the gift certificate number. Please be ready to give “To”, “From” and “Amount” details on the gift certificate. Please call 1-866-2-ROCK-IT (1-866-276-2548).
2. To order by mail – Your order must include the gift certificate.

3. When placing an order online – Place the order online and indicate in the Special Instructions Box your gift certificate number and the amount. After placing the order, call us and we will deduct the amount from the total before your credit card is charged.
